Every time I go there I order the same latte and toasted bagel and the they hand me a an ice coffee with no espresso, Even though they charge me for espresso. The bagel is never toasted or even warm for that matter. I’ve given up making them correct their mistakes since an employee told me directly “if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere.” I tried again today after months of not going and nothing has changed. Decent coffee Update January 24 2024: The ice coffee lately has a nasty taste and for some reason they put very little ice in them. Which melts in 20 minutes. This is the closest Dunkin to me so this sucks. 4 dollars for something i end up throwing away. The staff there is great, but someone has to look into this. Biggest Dunkin' Donuts have seen in a while. So much Elbow Room. All that floor space and only a handful of tables spread out, There was so much empty space it could have passed as a dance floor. Plus 2 little cushioned arm-chairs w a tiny table off to the side, like a lounge. Never saw anything like it; twas pretty cool! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
