If hungry, come here for good breakfast sandwiches, bacon and eggs and bacon. This restaurant may please you with tasty doughnuts, croissants and donut holes. Great iced coffee, moccachino or iced mocha will make your meal even more delicious and you'll certainly come back. It's easy to find Dunkin due to its great location. The energetic staff meets you at this place all year round. A number of guests say that the service is fine. The cool atmosphere will be a good addition to yummy dishes and excellent location of this spot. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this restaurant deserved 4.1.

Purchased a spiced cookie iced coffee and 4 donuts. My iced coffee was not what I ordered, my donuts were old tasting and one had what looked like it had a bug wing on it. Would not refund order and was very nasty about it saying the morning crew made this not them! We won’t be back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My hot food is either cold or burnt. My coffee is either bitter or has a bug in it. I have pictures to back up every statement I've made. This is a awful location. As always the food and drinks were good, problem is mutipoint. First you couldn't get into the entrance due to lack of space and the drive thru extending all way around building leaving no room to get to small parking area in rear. Second, girl at the counter spoke so quietly neither of could understand a thing she was saying and after us obviously not understanding her she still didnt raise her voice so we could hear. I simply asked for an iced coffee with whipped cream and some Carmel sauce. She asked me a series of questions using words that we have no idea what she's talking about. Needless to say I didn't get anything resembling what I wanted but I just took it and left. Don't think girl behind counter understands what customer service means. Training may be needed. Stopped in to get my son 4 doughnuts. First order was not what he ordered. After he walked to counter and got eye rolls. He got the second box. 2 we’re still not was wanted. Store was a mess. It would be no star if possible.I will never go here again. I ordered 6 strawberry sprinkled donuts. I saw hair(looked more lik pet hair) and black lint on several🤢🤮😡. They wear black shirts etc so yeah. So disappointed. My daughter was so excited for donuts. Not to mention I wanted regular sprinkles and they're still serving holiday and stated no other option. Glady I looked them over before leaving.

Slow is the word! Dirty.bathrooms, discussing! Slow I’m here at 750 still in line at 8:29 I would have left but I put on my dunkin account already. I understand that people can have an off day and we aren't perfect but my order was completely incorrect. I asked for no whip and you can see in the pic I have whip on my drink. Also I asked for an iced drink but this drink is frozen. The whole point of being able to order a drink via the app and pick it up is to avoid any hassle or inconvenience but that didn't happen.
