I ordered a caramel craze latte hot and when I went to drink it, it was hot milk, a little caramel drizzle topped with cinnamon and not even 3/4 of the way full. There was 0 coffee in it. At this point when I took a drink I had already pulled out of the drive thru to go back to work. It’s a coffee shop I didn’t order hot milk. Look at your drinks prior to leaving!

Literally have been here to many times and most of the time I get refused a frozen drink. I came here today to get my normal order, I wanted to add on a 3 cnt of munchkins to be told they were to busy to do so- yet while I waited the 5 min for my drink they could have gave me munchkins. They didn’t correctly make the drink I ordered so I went into the building to have it made correctly, my experience inside the building was with KELLY whom didn’t seem to like her job or couldn’t handle the fact they were busy, she didn’t even want to hear what I had to say and was rolling her eyes about the situation of remaking my drink. Found a long black hair in my bacon…nasty food and real nasty attitudes. If you don’t wanna be there at 5AM, don’t come in but don’t be rude to the customers who have jobs early as well. No hair net was on the 2 ladies making the food so I guess that’s why I had her hair in my food. After that, I will never come back to this Dunkin. I went to Dunkin this morning at 7:59am ordered my usual Butter Pecan Iced Coffee With Cream and Sugar. I couldn’t taste the flavor nor the cream or sugar. I took the coffee back to say i can’t taste it. The drive through lady instructed the lady not to take the cup. They handed me liquid sugar. So I said you have the cup filled to the max how am I supposed to pour this in without spilling. The entire store INCLUDING the manager just looked at me as if I had to figure it out. Nobody said much of nothing to me to even ATTEMPT to accommodate a customer. Needless to say i poured the coffee out it still was not good, and I went to Starbucks. Customer Service today was terrible and I doubt if i’ll be back. I didn’t over $300 at this location last month. Don't buy a gift card unless you like throwing your money away! I bought one as a gift for my wife, and yesterday she went early in the a.m.to use it. The clerk told her it was no good. She showed her the paid receipt for the card. She said well call the number on the card, I can't help you. So my wife called and was told the card is valid. So now what? She wasted her time and got disappointment instead of a gift. I wasted my money. We'll never spend money at this place again. Horrible customer service. This Dunkin Donuts needs to fire all their employees and start over!! They get my coffee wrong 8 out of 10 times. When they remake it it is still wrong. Wow! it is definitely a place where you can get donuts. Sometimes. they run out of donuts so much. Coffee is alright. Put some mop water and coffee beans in there and ill still drink it. Awesome staff. I would come here again if i was sad and needed cheap coffee

If I could give this a zero star I would! I have been going to Dunkin Donuts since the early 90's all over the east coast, more specifically in New England and NEVER have I ever experienced worse customer service or products. The people who work there are horrible and rude!! Ive stopped to get coffee three times and it wasnt made correctly once. And I've tried to eat there just once and the food was cold and gross. Going forward, ill just stick with Starbucks. It disgustingly more expensive but at least the quality is better than this Dunkin. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ok 👍👍 So, I'm originally from NY but I wasn't expecting to pay NY prices in SC. Although, it was sooooooo good. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel, decafe coffee with cream and sugar with plain hash browns ( on point delicious). I bought my daughter same on a croissant with the loaded hash browns and some cake donut holes. She was so blessed and so was I. The staff was kind and laughed at me for saying I may only come once a year at their prices. I made a memory and it was a great day.
