The coffee is always brewed, and the treats are sweet, but this location continually has poor customer service. Last time I came by, the app had refreshed, and I didn’t know where anything was, even to make a payment, and the lady at the counter told me it was my problem, not hers. I finally use my debit card and went on. This time, the lady at the cash register was being friendly and attentive, but when I ask for a glass of ice water for my five year old, who didn’t want coffee or another drink, she, and the other lady working the food line told me it was impossible and that they don’t have water with ice. Thankfully, the manager was there and told him it was fine, he charge me a dollar which is fine but a little strange. I’m also super disappointed how disgusting the bathroom is. It looks like it hasn’t had attention in quite some time. My five-year-old needed to go to the bathroom and I was afraid for her to touch anything once we entered.

The quality of food is good. Good location. No drive through option for this location. Lot of free parking available. Had to wait long time when order was ready but wasn’t on pickup desk. I would avoid ordering Mobile at this location. Dunkin workers that work here seems to be upset at mobile orders and they refuse to deliver. I had a chick refuse to help me with replacing my food after my order "supposedly" got stolen. Like really? Very unprofessional and low standard of work. Would not recommend. This is the 4th time in a row they messed up my online order. People please how difficult is it to pack a bag of ground coffee yet you still messed up and sent me beans and I don't have a machine.
