We ordered a peach ring with soft topping and they forgot the soft topping…. Not only that the lady who was taking our order was very rude and unprofessional. I have to agree with the user before my review Alfie. The service here is piss poor. They're busy talking and ignoring customers who are waiting outside in the cold (window service). If you want actual decent service use the drive thru because that's all they seem to focus on. I waited 11 minutes for 1 drink....a tea at that. It shouldn't take that long. When I attempted to make eye contact I was ignored. They were chatting away but ignoring their customers. Just avoid this location if possible to save yourself time. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Definitely a Gen Z trend. Everytime I come the service is such a disappointment, not worth the 30 min wait. I guess that's what I get for being a millennial, they treat you like an alien.
