Unfortunately, in my opinion, this location is not what it used to be. I don't know if management has changed or there has been a turnover inside but my order has been wrong the last handful of times. The bubbly, fun, outgoing personalities are no longer or seldom. This last time, I mentioned that my drink was wrong again, and the snarky expression I received was the last straw for me. I won't be back to the BA location which is one I visited on a daily.

Not what they usually are anymore. They started out making this a fast paced coffee shop for drive through. We waited in line for 35 minutes, with 8-10 cars in front of us. If you’re in a hurry don’t go here. Coffee is still good but service has gone way down. 6 employees were inside also when we got to the window. So it’s not a staffing issue, it’s not a holiday. Just a regular Sunday at 3pm. They also had the walk up window shut down, so I couldn’t even get out and order my drinks.

I keep coming back. Coffee is great but service is even better. There was a line out to the street and a girl ran out there and still took my order down. Line went quick! Guy at the window was super nice and inviting. You can tell they are all having fun making coffee, music playing, great vibes all around!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dutch Brose is my go to place for coffee because it’s amazing the people that work there are amazing the atmosphere is amazing and it’s always a good time. I hate that you can’t order ahead on the app, everytime I come through they are very nice and usually kinda quick to get my order but I also hate they ask if I’d like to leave tip on my 5$ drink everytime. Hard to give the atmosphere of a drive-thru coffee establishment anything more than a '3'...haha. Good coffee, and the staff seemed friendly enough. I liked the flavor of my drink, the caramel drizzle. Say that five times really fast. Asked for easy ice and this is what you get. Med raspberry rebel in a large cup. I spend at least $100 per week with this company and im done. Its your own product and i know it only costs like 50 cents per can. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
