Greed, greed, greed. Yes, I'm not sure if my first review went through but I'm very irritated. I went in to get a gift card. I asked for 2 stickers. The first girl said sur then another girl came over and stuck her nose in abruptly. And said no, you'll get one per drink. I says well I came in yesterday. I got a drink, forgot you'll only do a month. Wednesdays, she says one per drink. Repeating like I'm an idiot and don't understand I just pursued $20 gift card. I think that's more than one drink. You could give me at least 2 stickers. This company is extremely greedy. These girls are Barry stuck up and rude. And I will not deal with sunny longer. It's that I am to go across the street to the other coffee place. Such nicer over there and better service, very disappointed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My husband and I were here a week ago Monday after 2pm, the girl that served us was very rude. I asked for a cappuccino she said wet, dry? I told her 70% wet 30% dry. She said you want a half and half. I said no I want 70% wet and 30% dry. She immediately rolled her eyes with her extremely long fake lashes and walked off. I wanted to chew her out! I had asked her for sugarfree vanilla but when we left I took a drink and there was ZERO vanilla. It tasted horrible so I dumped it out and went to another coffee stand. This girl's attitude really sucked. My husband asked if they could make a certain coffee like Starbucks did. This girl immediately copped an attitude and said "no! We cant make starbucks coffee" then said" yuck! I HATE starbucks" well I'm glad she could express her hatred but I didn't care how she felt. My husband had asked someone in the coffee sales if they could make something similar. She either needed some food because she was hungry or she needs to quit. She talked so fast I asked her to slow down and then she just shut me down after that. We didn't tip. Busy from sun up to sun down! We would love to have a Dutch Bros in Bozeman, MT!!! It was difficult to order without a menu and a person with tablet while the cars behind you keep pushing you forward!! A lot of anxiety... My drink was "ok." The wife enjoyed hers a little more...
