The most important thing is that all Dutch Brothers will have the same recipes for drinks if you like one you like all of them... if you're from out of town it's a safe place to go because it'll be like whatever you're used to from them this store is busy so they have good coffee and they're nice ... I have come to love this location over the year I’ve been going here for my daily coffee before work. I’m usually here in the afternoon and the staff are nothing but amazing. I always leave a 3-5 dollar tip even though the girls always tell me I never need to but on my visit this morning I was charged 12 dollars for a medium iced coffee and they never asked if I wanted to leave a tip on card, they just decided to tip them self and I find that very unprofessional considering I had already given them a $5 tip in cash. My coffee is only $7 every single day and unless the prices legitimately went up over night this is inexcusable and your employees need to be re trained. I have been coming to this shop for years! Every person I have encountered has been super nice, kind and they take amazing care of me! The staff is super easy to talk to, they are very interactive and during my entire pregnancy they have been very patience with me, (I tend to forget my order every now and again) But a few of them know my car, (Black/Carbon fiber Mercedes) and they know my order, which is extremely helpful.
