So slow been in line for 10 min not a single car moving. Really gone downhill the last few years. Just now went to Starbucks in FG ordered and received my drinks in under 5min with the same car count

I needed three more points for a free drink to send to a friend who just had their windshield smashed by a random rock on the highway. Barista spotted me the points and was super cool about it which made me bashfully asking "what can I buy for 3 more points" feel so much less awkward. They're always so nice, and they've never messed up an order, even when they're busy. But they're ALWAYS super busy and even when they're not, they're slow. Sometimes I wonder if it'd be faster just to drive to the Cornelius Dutch. This isn't the one to visit if you're in a rush. I love dutch bros but truly their shops are all hit or miss on service and atmosphere. This one felt like everyone was hungover and more busy talking with one another than paying attention to what they are doing and the customers. I had to repeat my order a few times and the window person would ask questions then while I'd answer, they'd turn and talk to the other employees. Felt pretty disrespected honestly and drinks where neutral some where decently made and others made wrong. The nicest bunch of people! My car broke down in their line (which thankfully I was able to move out of the way). I decided to get my coffee since the tow truck would be a couple of hours. They were so caring about my situation and so friendly to talk to! They even got me some hand warmers to stay warm while waiting. Service is great! The young adults working here were great! I had the same coffee every time and at this location it was just as good as any location.
