Not only is the coffee amazing, but the service was excellent! The girl that was taking my order ( I believe her name is Jackie) was so good at customer service. I was having a HORRIBLE day and I decided to try Dutch bros coffee after some girl that works at Dutch recommended I should while she was being a great A+ student at her school. Her name I believe was Jackie, she was the sweetest! I showed up to Dutch bros and Jackie per usual has the BIGGEST smile ever, she gives off the welcoming vibe and is an overall great hard worker! I love the workers! It makes the experience so much better!! Jackie took my order and we had the most amazing conversation plus I got amazing coffee, definitely going everyday now hoping to see Jackie and have amazing drinks!

To be honest, I didn’t think I would enjoy my first experience at Dutch Bros as much as I did I usually choose to stay away from coffee places unless I can guarantee the coffee will be great. But thanks to Jackie. I believe I found my new favorite spot not only was she welcoming But she was also patient and kind on top of all this. I love the recommendations she gave to me thanks to her I can 100% say I will be visiting Dutch Bros as much as I can, and I will be recommending it to everyone who hasn’t tried it overall 10/10 experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yo on top of the absolutely astronomically delicious coffe that can get me pumped and going through the day, the service was absolute top tier, I cannot express this enough how they excelled in staying efficient. Lastly I need to point out the fact that Jackie was bursting with personality, she was sweet and caring and didn’t fail to put a smile on my face. My first experience getting Dutch bros I found the customer service was exceptionally great and as I was in line I found an employee by the name of Jackie to be super helpful in helping me decide on a drink to get. I had never been to dutch before so I did not know what to expect at all. I had heard so many great things, the first day I went an amazing broista named Jackie helped me find a drink I loved (golden eagel!) as well as just being an amazing bubbly person! I go every week, I cannot stay away from this delicious coffee. Best personal working here! They make the experience over the top and make the coffee worth while.
