My family and I had the pleasure of dining in this establishment last week, the service and staff are all very kind and respectful, the food came out quickly and was hot/delicious! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone locally looking for great Chinese food that is authentic! As well when we were eating, order after order was being picked up by countless return customers who as well thanked the staff for all their hard work! This place is hands down the best Chinese take out you could ever purchase. The sauces on the dishes are superb and bring out the taste and aroma that each dish contains. I have never seen such a clean dine-in area until this place decorated so cutely. With the amazing quality of food here (I bought the house lo mein and chicken and broccoli), the prices are very affordable for anybody who wants to become a regular! This has become our go-to for Chinese take out. The egg rolls are huge, crisp, and taste fresh. Portions are sufficient, service is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious! We usually get Chinese from another place down the street, but they are carry-out only. We were looking for a quick, counter-service place where we could dine in, and this fit the bill. Everything we got was excellent! Soups, crab rangoon, sweet & sour shrimp, egg foo young, chicken with vegetables. Everything was very hot and great portion sizes. Will definitely be returning. The two big reasons we continue to come back - they nail Lo Mein and their chicken has great flavor. I love that ordering is much easier now, and they've completely retooled their dining area as a sort of waiting hall if you ABSOLUTELY need to wait on your food inside. Egg rolls leave something to be desired, but I'm not here for egg rolls - give me that Sesame or General Tso Chicken!

Great night reasonably priced delicious food. Service was great. I recommend eating in house so food is as it it is supposed to taste hot and fresh. As someone that frequently orders Chinese, I have been looking for a go to spot on the Northside. We have literally tried all of the ones in the area but all have been a miss. I went searching for a spot with taste, cleanliness, and customer service and saw the reviews for Eastern. It lives up to the hype. There is no inside seating. I ordered inside to take a look at the place and they have had all A's on their health scores. There is a microphone you order through. Not many people in the place at once, but there was traffic in and out which is a great sign. The customer service was welcomeing, convenient , and very nice. Even 30 minutes before closing they took our order with a smile. We ordered the General tso, Szechuan chicken, sesame chicken, and shrimp fried rice combination dinners. All of the staple US Chinese in which you would judge a spot, right? The chicken was fresh and well seasoned. The portions were perfect. The sauce was the right amount and just spicy enough on the general and the Szechuan. The fried rice was the best I have had since visiting New York a couple years ago! Well seasoned and not bland like the others in the area. This place reminds me of the spots I grew up with on the Southside or even in Snellville. Food was amazing and the prices were good for the portions. We finally found a go to spot! See you weekly, Eastern China!
