If you appear to be near Riff Raff Statue, you can go to this restaurant. Japanese food is worth a try here. Try nicely cooked salmon sashimi, miso ramen and donburi. If hungry, come here for good green tea ice cream. Edo Japanese Restaurant will offer you delicious liqueur. Get your meal started with great iced green tea. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices at this spot claim to be adequate. You will certainly appreciate the homey atmosphere and modern decor. Google users awarded this restaurant 4.3.

Omgeeee, come for lunch and what can I say such beautiful fresh food and lots of left overs. The staff were amazing the food was to die for, company was amazing to. Yes it was abit on the pricey side but quality was on point, will defiantly be back Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tuna Sashimi
Delightful spot I stopped in on a random afternoon and found it very quiet. Ordered some ramen and ordered it hot. It rocked my world I sweating and crying a bit. So I was instantly hooked. They mean hot when they say it. Definitely a great spot to stop in at. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Oh, wow! Their spicy Ramen is soooo good. Get the Fried Chicken and Takoyaki, too. The place is much bigger than when they were at K-Mart. The Staff are very helpful and polite. There are a lot of other foods to try. Reasonably pruced and the servings are generous.❤❤❤❤❤ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I have distinctly mixed feelings. The Deluxe Maku set was $55 and it was enough fried food for two hungry people. The tempura batter was quite thick, the teriyaki chicken cutlet underneath the pile was fried until dry, and the karaage lacked flavour while also being dry. The crumbed prawns, fish and ring of something on the side carried the distinctly taste and shape of being from a frozen bag. So was it good value? I’m not sure. For the price and a single diner, I would have preferred the portion size reduced by 40% and quality increased to something more reminiscent of Japan. But if you’re just extremely hungry and want leftovers for the air fryer tomorrow, it’s fine in a pinch.
Front of house manners need work, not talking from behind the bar. Window sills need cleaning, food scraps. Vegetable tempura batter was thick and under cooked, old oil taste. Katsu egg chicken average. Chicken noodle was best dish. Room for improvement.
We came across this beautiful Japanese Restaurant on our visit to Hamilton and I cannot rave about this place enough! A wide selection on the menu with affordable prices. When we entered the building we were taken care of straight away, water was put on the table and we were served our dishes directly from the chef himself and asked if we were sharing our ramen dish so he could tend to us and get us extra dishes. I chose a ramen dish whilst my husband had miso soup and the ramen was not only flavorsome but plentiful. The place was spotless and clean all around with beautiful decor and atmosphere. We were both fully satisfied when we left and would highly recommend to check this place out if given the chance! We will be back in the future. 5/5 ⭐️ Service Dine in Meal type Brunch
Ramen was extremely salty. Aburi salmon don was swimming in mayonnaise. Few customers on a Monday night so atmosphere was lacking. Perhaps some music would have helped. Disappointed that our experience didn't match some of the more positive reviews here. Food was at least ready quickly despite the signs stating they are understaffed and customers should be patient. First time we visited Edo was at the old address where is now K-Mart. The style and quality remained the same, if not higher. Generous portions, enough for any hungry soul. I like spicy meal and chose the lamen one, which was rightly spicy and loved it. Tempura is often the best choice, comes crunchy and well marinated. Location is good, plenty off street parking, free up to 2 hours.

Amazing tempura, so fresh and crunchy with a wide variety. As well as their noodle dishes, never fails to fill us up and tastes so good. I usually get the tempura udon dish and it's just great everytime. 👍🏼
Food came out very fast and was good, very tasty. Reminded me a lot of my time back in Japan. Big portions, we couldn't finish the Ramen! The Okonomoyaki was amazing, perfectly made! We got a really big portion of takowasabi. Wish we could choose the noodles in our ramen as they were the thin long type. Medium spicy on the spicy miso ramen noodles was pretty hot, the spicy ramen was less so.
