I had lunch with a couple of cousins the other day around 2:00. We were greeted and waited on by a welcoming individual named Addy or Addie. There were a couple of other patrons present when we arrived. I liked the atmosphere, music, and the service all around. Pasta is made fresh daily, and it was noticeable in our dishes. We would love to try dinner here someday as there are more food options. Overall, we had a great time. This is one of the absolute best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. I was a little worried when I ordered the ravioli and got one large ravioli piece, but it was undoubtedly the BEST ravioli I have ever! My hats off to chef Edoardo, who was able to make it delicious but not too filling with creams and fats. It tasted absolutely scrumptious. He also continually checked in on my table to make sure we had everything we needed. I am eternally grateful for the devine dining experience and will be back. The food is delicious, exceeded my expectations! The pasta, the linguini al limone and the uovo in raviolo are my absolute favorites. Not to mention the desserts OMG. Gastronomic Excellence!We had the stuffed ravioli and the spaghetti with zucchini & scallops , decaffeinated cappuccino and the pistachio cream dessert.Some of the Best food I’ve ever eaten and I’m a very good cook and foodie.IYKYK! Service was superb, starting from the phone reservation, the kind hostess and excellent wait staff.Owner took our order and was so friendly and asked if we needed any explanation of the menu. My only recommendation is that they write the American explanation of the menu under each item, this way customers know what is being offered and would speed up the ordering process as most tables including ours were asking a lot of questions about what the items on the menu were as we are not accustomed to some Italian verbiage - otherwise off the charts delicious-IMO . Very over priced for food that was not very good, with extremely small portions. Nearly $200 for two people and we were still hungry. The pappardelle with oxtail and the ravioli were tasty, just very tiny and wish I had more. The salads were simple and fine. The biggest offense was the pork chop. I wouldn’t even call it a pork chop. It was a thin sliver of overcooked pork, with an Italian sausage, with some strips of bacon over a bed of beans? It doesn’t make any sense. It was too savory yet blend, it was somehow too dry and too wet. And for $46! I couldn’t believe it. The service was also pretty rude. This was my wife and I first time at Edoardo's Trattoria. It was truly amazing experience. The restaurant is small but beautiful and quaint. It is like a true Trattoria in Italy. The food is just delicious. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. The owner Edoardo is just an amazing chef and he prepares everything fresh and on the premises. We are Huntington residents. We live up the street from the village and go out all the time. We know everyone at Cassis, Jonathan's, Joanina and our favorite...Angelo's. We had gone to Edoardo's several times for lunch during the summer of 2023 and it seemed nice. Recently we decided to try it out for dinner and it was a very unwelcoming experience. When we arrived, the woman hosting insisted we didn't have a reservation until I spotted it on her iPad for her and pointed it out to her. She had originally told me there was a party out back reserved but now we were being seated back there and no party ever arrived. We sat and had a very nice meal. However, about an hour into dinner, she came over and told us another party needed our table. There were many tables around us that had been there before us and she did not approach for them to leave. I have to say we were offended and it was embarrassing. The waiter even apologized. I spoke to Edoardo and he was very gracious and apologetic but I don't think I'd go back after that experience. I'm not sure why she treated us that way...we were with our 10 yr old little girl who has the maturity of a 50 yr old. and ordered off of the same menu. Do they not like children? Mussels were good but served with a dinner fork. Pasta we ordered was ravioli, literally one for $28. Veal was not pounded out and a little tough and was severed with a butter knife. Drinks are $25 each. I am a chef (Johnson and Wales 1984). $280 dinner for 2. Left hungry and went to Burger King Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a very delicious dinner with my wife. The restaurant is very quaint and cozy. Our server was super nice and attentive and did a great job making suggestions. Definitely worth a visit if you want . Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Struggled with whether to write a review as I want to keep this place all to myself. Love everything about this new spot in Huntington that provides superior dishes over regular Italian. Fresh homemade pasta, homemade mozzarella, homemade desserts... The lemon pasta with shrimp was packed with flavor... Simply incredible. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. The serving size leaves you wanting more. Looking forward to our return.
