Egon has an extensive menu that includes different international dishes: burgers, pizzas, pasta, Asian wok... We tasted the pork wok, which was very tasty and a pizza. The portions were good in size. The place is decorated with a lot of old items which makes it cozy. The tables are located within some shelves, here and there, so it offers some privacy. You need to order and pay at the counter. They were able to accomodate gluten free needs. We asked for the pizza buffet. Pizzas were tasty, but it was quite uncomfortable that you have to wait the service to bring pizza in the center of the restaurant and you have to get up and go for it. I don't suggest you this service. But the pizzas were good and I will probably come again to taste their food. Presentation is not that good, the food was medium warmth, he didn't take menus away when he served the food, my glass was dripping, no napkin offered (with food) There were A LOT of onion, maybe I'm just picky. The music was very chill, good volume, good choices, the songs fit the atmosphere, rustic but very "up to date". Nobody greeted us when we entered, but we ordered via QR code, so it's alright. Before our flight back from Tromso, we had a most wonderful meal. In this restaurant, it came as a complete surprise due to the fact, we didn’t think there was much on offer around the airport perimeter, however, we are so glad we bumped into this place, made even more special by one of your service personnel. Andreas Pederson Who was professional, caring, informative of the menu, due to my wife, having certain allergies, and delivered everything with a passion for his trade, 10 out of 10 for this place and inparticular the service staff that worked there. Highly recommend Egon in Jekta. Fabulous food always prepared right on time, great service, warm atmosphere. You don’t feel at all, that you are eating in shopping centre. The design of restaurant is just stunning and for people loving history, there is a plenty of interesting tools and other stuff from past what you can observe during your stay. We know Egon restaurants pretty well and we are regular customers. Often time, in Egon JEKTA much better service and quality of food than in Egon Storgata. This time we ate Philly Steak Sandwich and vegetarian fajitas. Thank you so much, keep going.
