When they don't mess up items, it's a good bagel. The problematic thing is though, there have been several occasions where I and other people have gotten their orders messed up. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Food is amazing but customer service was lacking. I went here 2/3/23 and the woman in the back with brown hair in a pony tail was extremely disrespectful. She was talking over us while we were ordering and constantly yelling. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or what but she needs to tone it down!

People are really nice and they do their best. Food it really good. I get a cheddar bacon bagel and a vanilla cold brew. One of the baristas was happy to watch my drink while I went to the bathroom. The wait time can be like 10-15 minutes if you go around lunch time, but they do their best to move quickly.

This place is amazing the bagels are realy good I recommend the farm house and the coffee are good too it does not have a long wait and not that expensive for on campus
Thought I'd give this place a chance and immediately regretted my decision. The bagels are what an old professor of mine would call a "midwestern bagel" - Bread with a hole in the middle. They are bland and tasteless. My bagels were also cold and not toasted like I requested. It seems like the incompetent people in charge here don't understand how a toaster works or how to keep something warm. The cream cheese is runny, and the poorly trained employees working barely put any on my bagel at all. If I'm paying you three dollars for bread, I'd prefer not to be ripped off. This location is not even convenient. If you want an over-priced, poorly made bagel, you have to pay to park a distance away. If it weren't such a hassle to get to the restaurant, I would drive back over there and demand a refund. Don't come here. Go to Bagel Cafe. I've had some choice words for them about their bagel quality, but if their bagels are only supermarket quality, then Einstein's bagels are the same quality of bagels you'd get off of a Dollar Store sale rack. I hope this horrible shop goes out of business not just locally, but nationwide.
My stepsister, who lives in Arizona, gave my boyfriend and me Einstein Bros. gift cards for Christmas. Neither of us had ever been to an Einstein Bros. before, so we were excited when we could finally come here yesterday. Got our food ordered and handed who I'm assuming was the manager the gift cards, only to be told that gift cards aren't accepted at this location. The manager then paid for our meals! Very kind of her to do so, which is why I'm giving 5 stars. Our turkey clubs were pretty tasty, too! Looking forward to our next visit, minus the gift cards, which I guess I'll have to give back to my stepsister, since the only other location in Oklahoma is for FAA employees only... Bummer. :(
So I one day, I was feeling daring, and so I decided to get a bagel instead of my usual water. But get this: the bagel that I got had a HOLE in it. Do these bagel-producing clowns really think that can skimp on product like that? I think not. Furthermore, I noticed that water contains high amounts of hydroxic acid and dihydrogen monoxide. Gees!
Says they’re open online but they’re closed on mondays and tuesdays apparently. No idea why a bagel shop is closed on mondays and tuesdays. Really annoying because this the second time I’ve tried to visit this location and they’re closed for some reason or another. Will not try again when Bagel Cafe in town is reliably open for their listed hours. I suggest others save themselves the stop because Einstein’s will likely be closed when you stop by.
Doors open no one there. No bagels ready, dark 2 hours left before they were to close. What a way to run a business. Needed Bagels for a meeting. Had to go to a grocery store and get them. NOT GOOD?
