There are no chairs. It was pouring rain outside and we were told to leave after buying our bagels. We were not even allowed to stand to eat our bagels. We came specifically to have a nice breakfast and should have gone to one of the many other coffee places. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming. I do not recommend. I walked over to this location with my husband and we were planning on enjoying some hot bagel sandwiches and coffee on a weekend morning. We planned on sitting down inside since it was freezing cold outside and we didn’t want to make the trek all the way back home (also, nobody wants a cold and soggy sandwich). When we arrived we noticed there were zero tables and chairs, it was just a giant empty space. I guess you could sit on the floor if you truly wanted to. It wasn’t a very welcoming atmosphere whatsoever and I guess they only want people to exclusively order takeout and get out of their store asap. It was quite disappointing. Burnt to a crisp but still put cream cheese and sold it to me. Spent over $30 to get garbage like this. Stay away from this location or waste your money. Also charged me for two egg that I didn’t order and had to ask for a refund (glad I caught that one at least). Couldn’t inspect my food as there are no tables and was taking it to go. Fountain drink machine was down too. Just unacceptably horrible and disappointing as well as a big waste of time and money!

I'm sorry to say, I stopped here because I was hungry and thought it would be nice to support a local store. The store was filthy, slow, bathroom out of order. Really disappointing because I love Einstein bagels. But this location needs bigtime help. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Every time I have been to this location the service has been horrible and the wait times are 30-45 mins. Definitely not the place to go if in a hurry. The staff is very slow and rude. I waited 30 minutes for a bagel spread with cream cheese. It’s such a shame because the bagel shop is in a prime location and has a ton of potential. 100% would not recommend.

I have visited around 10am and ordered for onion and bagel and jalapeno bagel. Bagel were hard i was expecting much more soft bagels. Taste was 4/10. Cleanliness 8/10 Ambience 8/10 Staff: 9/10 Note: restrooms are for employees only

First time at this location and probably my last. The cashier was very rude and impatient to all customers. They were out of most of the bagel’s that customers wanted. My smoothie is very watery and way too sweet. The All nighter sandwich was good, but I think it would be better with the original hash brown bagel which they were out of. The photo shows all of the bagels that were out when I went.

The sandwiches took 45 minutes to make. They forgot about my order. Be sure and get a receipt to chase down the order when they forget about you. This is the second Einstein Bagels clown show in this area. What is it with their poor service?
