The team that worked yesterday is SO AMAZING!!! I was in a super tight pinch thanks to another coffee company and needed coffee at the last minute for a super crucial corporate event! They helped me out quickly and were so kind to me!!! I’ll recommend this location to anyone who needs coffee for a corporate event, and I’ll spread the word to our entire building (with multiple offices) that this is the place to go! Everyone on shift yesterday deserves a huge bonus and raise for all their hard work!!! I can’t stop raving about them! Truly life savers. Thank you!! We got two breakfast sandwiches and they took forever and forgot the cream cheese on both and burnt both. Save yourself the time and don’t go to this location. This is the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had we ended up throwing away both of them. Waste of time and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered toasted with extra spread on three bagels. Ended up with none toasted and not even a normal serving of spread. We took awhile to order because the cashier tried to add on an extra bagel - finally got it right - she proceeds to complain loudly to the next customer in line behind us that people “take forever when they don’t know what they want and the people behind them get mad”. How odd. Service and food should get 0 stars.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. Food is decent. Very filling and best to eat in car, the whole burrito thing. The twice baked hash browns had cheese in it, didn’t expect that, but it was not as good as a regular hash brown

I enjoy your Texas Brisket and cold brew with carmel. Only 2 item I wasn't big on was the twice bake hashbrowns, felt like it needed something more in it. And the strawberry Danish needs more spread because I was eating just crust. Other than that this place is good. I tried to place an order online here but this location wouldn't let me. I tried to call to place my order but no one picked up so I drove in for my larger order. I appreciated that I could specified which flavors I wanted in my bundle.I was in a hurry when I picked it up the next day only to get to my office and realized I was short a couple of bagels. The food here is delicious! The service is relatively quick too. I got the All Nighter and my daughter got a Cinnamon Sugar Bagel with butter and honey. We also purchased a cinnamon roll which was delicious. This is a 3-star review because the “orange juice” that we bought appeared to be something fresh squeezed because of the cup it was in, however upon closer look you can see that it is Minute-Maid Orange Juice. It’s hard to pay that much for not great juice. The other reason for the 3-star review is because there was zero seating to eat at in the restaurant. I’m not sure if this is consistent with other Einstein Bros, but there was certainly tons of space for tables. Luckily there was a small grassy patch for my daughter and I to sit and eat at outside underneath a tree.

First time trying out Einstein bagels and was not disappointed. I will return in the future I recommend the Texas brisket with egg bagel sandwich.

My daughter (10 yrs) has always loved coming here on our mother daughter dates. This particular visit was extra special because we received something extra. The manager was kind and generous and gave us a chocolate chip coffee cake for free. He simply asked if we liked surprises and of course we said "yes". My daughter was more than delighted with the delicious treat. How kind of the manager to do something so simple to make our visit one to remember. Thanks so much, we will be coming back soon.
