We used to go here a lot back when Steve was the manager. Ever since he left, though, the place has gone downhill. I'm not saying EB was perfect while Steve was there, we still got a few bad orders, but the amount of cold/incorrect orders we've gotten since he left has skyrocketed.
Picking up what was supposed to be a hot macchiato, getting there early before the pickup was ready, watching them set it on the counter, and then realizing it was, no joke, bone-cold, was what finally did it for us, combined with an equally bone-cold sandwich. The cheese wasn't even melted on it.
We loved EB because the coffee and sandwiches were a great treat occasionally for us, and convenient to where we live/work, but we've been burned too many times now. It's almost every time we go that things are wrong or cold.
Edit Dec 2023: We've tried multiple times to go back. Half the times we try, the systems are down. The other half, our orders are either wrong and/or not prepared correctly. Attached is a photo of what is supposed to be the caramel cream cold brew. Either this is just a caramel cold brew, or they didn't add the cream! I'm blown away by how often our orders go wrong there.

Ordered on DoorDash and didn't receive my chips. Ordered again and called to do see if they would remember and the guy tried to act like I didn't order the right thing. I asked for a side of cream cheese since I paid $4.00 extra last time and didn't get chips. He said he couldn't do it cause it's $2.00 extra. Lol never ordering from here again honestly. Customer service is not good. I've never had an issue with getting a side of cream cheese.

My friends and I went on a Sunday morning and I will say it was pretty busy. However, the lady who took our order was overly rude when asked if we could have the last cheddar jalapeño bagel. She said that someone probably ordered it online so we couldn’t have it. She refused to check the online orders and couldn’t even say for certain if the bagel had even been ordered or not.
