Come here for a meal after seeing Frontier Town. Luckily you can taste Mexican cuisine. Spend a nice time here and share tasty duck, tamales and chicken enchiladas with your friends. Good strawberry ice cream, flans and flija might be what you need. Drink the delicious margaritas, draft beer or Sangria offered here. At this restaurant, guests may have great americano or good ice tea. El Encanto with takeout food is good for those clients who like to have dinner in a hurry. The staff is said to be nice here. The fine service is a big advantage of this place. Based on the visitors' opinions, prices are average. You will definitely like the pleasant atmosphere and spectacular decor. We love everything about El Encanto in Cave Creek! The beautiful courtyard overlooking the pond is breathtaking and watching the birds, ducks, turtles and koi is very cool. The frozen margaritas are the perfect way to begin a fun and memorable afternoon or evening. We have tried some of the specials, the house salad, tacos and sopapillas. Everything we have eaten here has been delicious! What I’ve mentioned so far would cause me to return again and again but there is more! The manager, Mel, has created such a relaxing family and friends atmosphere for the guests as well as the staff. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The hostesses, our server, Jori, and every staff member was kind, responsive and fun. Jori is an amazing server in every way plus she is welcoming, attentive and laughs easily. We had the best time with her! You may come for a great meal and if you sit back and enjoy the natural beauty, the fresh air, the music, the other guests and staff, you will truly have a wonderful experience you won’t soon forget! Never disappointed. We have entertained several of of town guests over the years. Food was delicious, service was timely, if something was needed the server was near by to provide the request and it was cool enough outside that heaters were provided. Always a treat to come up here. Beautiful setting, indoor and outdoor seating. Usually quick, personable service. Kinda felt like our server didn't like us. It wasn't comfortable, but will still come back. Perhaps she had an off day. Seated quickly on a Saturday at 11, that felt rare. Ive made reservations for dinner seating due to long waits. Plenty of space for larger parties. Bar area, great water space with ducks and fish, and a couple turtles. Salsa trio is wonderful, and the fresh chips keep me going back! What an amazing place for traditional Mexican cuisine! The surroundings are incredible - pond beside the tables, heaters for inside and outside warmth. Special place that has a vibe of its own!! A touch more money than other places, but good. Make sure you go all the way inside to see hostess. The sign will tell you, but the hostess is all the way back. Be careful out side with bird poop. 10/10. Gorgeous place and a viby athmosphere especially outside by the pond. The food was so delicious. Had the skirt steak plate and we loved all of it. Drinks were also really good and fresh. First time here. Was looking for a quiet dinner and got so much more. The property appeared to be built around the trees. It really felt like a great picnic at sunset under trees and open air. The service was wonderful. The ahi tuna tacos were very flavorful and filling.Will definitely look forward to coming back when I'm in the area. El Encanto feels like a beautiful piece of Mexico. The food tastes authentic, and the mixture of indoor and outdoor seating is like none other. There is a wonderful pond in the center filled with cute little ducks, turtles, and fish. In the surrounding area, there's architecture that incorporates walls making way for trees and other plant life. While the space is large, the servers and other staff have delivered excellent customer service every time we've visited. Highly recommend visiting El Encanto. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an experience. I have never experienced Mexican food like this before. The food is dope and the portion sizes are even better. The views inside this former Spanish mission converted into a restaurant are stunning. Lucky for Tonto being closed found this cute little gem. Love the atmosphere,music,lighting,water feature. Staff super attentive,excellent Mexican ice cream dessert. Despite hot weather patio was very nice,misters,roll down shades, nice music,lighting. Will try something new on menu. My cold Michelada cooled me off. Great ambience. Definitely will visit again.
