Wonderful place, staff, and food! The quality and value are topnotch! For the food, I tried something I haven't had in years. Mole. Having lived in Mexico for over a decade, and most of that in Oaxaca, I have to say I became a bit burnt out on mole... especially negro. But other reviewers mentioned the spicy sweetness of El Rincon Mexicano's mole de Doña Conchita....a type of mole I didn't recall having before. WONDERFUL! The chicken breast was huge and the mole delicious. Ditto on the wife's serving of mole poblano. Our server Alajandro was so attentive and friendly, too.
