First the good. A beautifully appointed restaurant, clean as a whistle with fantastic views. The food, as listed on the menu, had a totally different look when it arrived at the table. Our party of 6 celebrating an anniversary, received our meals at different times with half of us watching the first 3 and vice versa. They did bring a slice of cake to celebrate the occasion which was thoughtful. Overall, we have had significantly better meals and service for the price point so won't be going again.

Wow!!!! The view, food, and staff were incredible!! This was our last night in Zihua and what and amazing way to end our trip. We will for sure be back again!

A fantastic dining experience with incredible views of the Zihuatanejo Bay area - the best we've seen! A great place for a romantic dinner, a gathering with friends, or with family. We thought prices were quite reasonable, especially for the upscale feeling the restaurant has. Comparing what we spent at other restaurants, El Suspiro offers good value.
The menu offers a good and varied selection of appetizers, soups, salads, pasta, seafood, feature dishes, and desserts. We had dinner here twice and tried different dishes each time and were not disappointed. Taste was great; presentation of dishes also very good. Save room for dessert and share an order of the Banana Flambe. Prepared at your table, the show is great and the resulting dish was delicious.
Service by the staff is impeccable and attention to detail is the standard. From the time they greeted us and showed us to our table to the time they called us a taxi, the staff that looked after us were really good.
The views are incredible, so bring your camera. Try and go for sunset if you want pictures; the skyline at night is also really nice, too. They accept credit cards, but I am confident that they also accept USD and of course, MXN Pesos.
Great view of Zihuatanejo and La Ropa Beach ⛱️. Very romantic place for having a date night.

Incredible restaurant tucked away from the "bustle" of Zihua! Amazing staff and breathtaking views support a delicious menu. This is my new favorite breakfast place in Zihua!

One of the best in town. Great location but will need a taxi from most locations. Very popular; make reservations. Artichoke appetizer is amazing!

Outstanding panorama of the bay of Zihuatanejo, complimented by friendly service and delicious fresh food. El Suspiro seated us without a reservation, and treated us to a memorable first evening.
Recommended, however look to make a booking as the restaurant appears popular even through the quiet season.
Very nice restaurant. Romantic atmosphere. Food was great. Staff was very friendly and professional. We will be back.
