BUT INSIDE DRINK AND/SMOKE OUTSIDE with plenty of options to sit under a canopy of carnival lights, and tequi umbrellas over benches if you come with a group larger than four. All of which are accessable for the handicapped. The GENRES: Adults during the day with plenty of a peace and serenity accomplished by the islands' tropical music via a huge speaker. Unless you're into sports. There's three big screens covering the games of the day. Then comes the YOUNG adults after 6pm when those carnival lights come on. And sometimes you see horses and riders stopping by for a cold one or two. Not into horses? It's ok, there're motorcycles that drive by popping wheelies every now and then.
