Celebrating 99 years of local business! They’re an old school bakery with the recipe to success! Scratch made donuts were soft, fluffy, and chewy. They offer baklava, cookies, and other sweets made of dough.
The variety of no preservatives, fresh baked breads is certainly capable of enhancing any meal.
After spending the morning with them, I know the Balius family sincerely appreciates our support!

Always delicious reminds me of my childhood. Our birthday cakes always came from electrik maid.
We ordered the petit fours and a king cake love their twist on a traditional king cake.
Petit fours delicious.

So disappointed in Electric Maid. They have always been the go to bakery in Biloxi but the quality of their products has really gone downhill. I ordered petit fours for this weekend and they were not cut nicely nor were they iced very well. I brought them home, prettied them up and feel a little better about serving them. But I won’t go back to Electric Maid anymore.

Everything is so good. Honestly, there is nothing, that isn't delicious. Almost forgot about this place, since I moved from Biloxi to Gulfport years ago. Came by the other day by coincidence and had to stop. Had a cream filled long John. Yum!!! Bought rolls too.
Yes, the place itself is dingy and dated. But if you can see past that, and just come for the delicious baked goods, you won't be disappointed.

Not very professional, they didn't know if they make almond flavored cake, didn't do filling, didn't set up a time to pick up our cake when we ordered it, and we got sent away 3 times we showed up before it was actually ready to go, one of those times because it was just being pulled out of the oven. I've done cakes professionally for over a decade and you shouldn't be baking the cake on the same day it's due to be picked up. The cake itself didn't have a good texture, it was firm and not fluffy, more bread-like. it tasted like a store bought mix, not much flavor. After we served about half the cake, we pulled a hair from inside of it. Overall not impressed.

You know Coast 102 radio station promotes Electric Made like it is a booming business advertising July 4th cakes with buttercream icing. Upon arriving on the 3rd, there were only two cakes neither of which was patriotic. And after cutting I realized it was not buttercream frosting but rather lard based frosting. I went out of my way to get a patriotic cake to celebrate my mother's birthday on the 4th but was left out in the cold. Feel very duped in choosing Electric Made Bakery.

Ordered a King cake for my first ever and probably only Mardi Gras in the Gulfcoast. The cake was delicious and reasonably priced. However I was a bit annoyed that I preordered the cake over 2 weeks prior to be picked up on a certain date. When I came that day was sent away multiple times since the cake was not ready. The King Cake also didn’t have a Baby in it which was disappointing since this was first and likely only time I’ll get to enjoy King Cake in my lifetime 🥲🥺

They are such a nice bakery. Old school hometown baked goods and reasonably priced. I would give 5 stars, but they only take cash. No cards.
