Always a great experience here. Wide selection of freshly made pastries. So accommodating for special request orders, and the staff is very helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they may be.

My new favorite Mass bakery. Best cannolis I’ve ever had. The bakery is packed full of cookies, pastries and cakes. They have some of my favorite desserts that I remember from my childhood

Very disappointed- I have gotten good pastries here in the past, but today’s (4 different items) were awful. Stale, either overly sweet or not sweet enough. I wonder if it’s changed hands. Such a dramatic decline in quality.

Great Italian Bakery!!! Amazing pastry, pizza, calzone, cookie, cakes, cannoli, bread!!! My family still has Sunday dinner, and for the last two weeks, we have made pizza. I mentioned this because last week I ran around everywhere looking for fresh dough and everyone sells it frozen. I called Elm St, and I was pleasantly surprised that they sell fresh balls of dough. Thank you for continuing to be one of the top bakeries in Boston!!!

MEAN people working here who think we don’t understand when they make rude remarks in Spanish. Also, the cookies tasted old and stale. And If you’re looking for authentic tasting Italian Tiramisu this place ain’t it.

BEST baguette I have had in all of New England. Equal to baguette in Paris. Definitely one to visit again and again. Excellent assortment of pastries as well.

I always loved elm st. But the last 2 times I was so disappointed. I bought a rum cake and when I cut it the frosting just fell off. The cake was not fresh. I gave it another try and bought miniature pantries. They also where old. It so important to me when I bring something to someone that they are satisfied. Very disappointing.

Favorite local bakery!! 🧁 everything is light and delicious! I’m not a crazy sweets person but I can totally indulge in anything bought here

My wife and I lived around the corner from the Elm Street bakery in the early nineties. It's as good as ever. In many ways better.

I do not recommend getting any calzone from Elm street bakery because i got sick from food poisoning. Never again!
