I love historic buildings with the unique details we don't see in today's architecture. I was expecting a "lunch-type" fair with soup, sandwiches, and salads, and that is what I found on the menu. I've been twice, ordered something different both times and enjoyed both meals. I also appreciate the gift store next door that I can wander around in while my food is being prepared. First time visit to this coffee shop ! It’s soo cute ! I bought a iced latte & lemon poppyseed scone absolutely delicious 😄🙌 staff was so sweet! Highly recommend this coffee shop 😁

I doubt I’ve had better coffee than this coffee shop. I’m dead serious. I live in Mpls and have traveled across the country - this place is a GEM. I’m not you’re average coffee drinker, I’ve grown up on homemade espresso drinks and my father roasts his own beans. I love the flavor of this coffee. The espresso was strong but but bitter, the almond milk the was steamed to perfection. I love the Victorian era bathroom and decor too - so novel. If you’re passing through this place is a MUST-STOP, if you live in St James, I envy you. You don’t know what you have! Places like this are rare!
