I ordered a bowl if beef and beef tendon soup noodle, the broth is lightly spiced (thats what’s supposed to be) but not overly seasoned/salty. The beef tendon is tender (not overcooked to be too soft). The portion of beef and beef tendons are generous. It’s a family business owned by a couple they are so friendly. The shop has limited seats but still offers spacious dining experience and cozy environment. I recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took the bus back from Taroko and decided to hop off early to eat here. Some other reviewer said their soup would make god cry. I concur. Their red beef soup was out of this world. Don’t even bother with the beef stew. Get the RED BEEF soup. The soup is a marriage between Taiwanese beef noodle and Sichuan mala noodles. It’s not too spicy. Just right. Slurped the bowl clean. Not to be missed. This place doesn’t have 5,000+ reviews but the 200-ish people who rated it 4.8 are justified. Please support this hidden gem. Great soup, amazing! Owner is very friendly and seemed like she spent the whole time joking with other diners. She also makes their incredibly addictive chilli paste and sells it by the jar- I bought two! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The soup, noodles, and beef were all cooked to perfection. For the price, the value is also insane, they gave so many pieces of beef and veggies on top of the noodles. The owners are also so sweet and gave me suggestions for other local food!

We went here after reading the glowing reviews and have to concur that this place indeed serves a fine bowl of beef noodle soup. You can tell that the owners have been doing this for a very long time and had the chance to perfect their recipe. The serving in general and amount of meat specifically is incredibly generous, especially considering the fair price point of 150 NTD. Highly recommended if you can make it.
