Excellent food and service. One of the best service I've ever had, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great food with drink pairings that really enhanced the flavors. Eating the fish first, then drinking the pairing really felt like eating two separate dishes. Complex flavors and elegant atmosphere. Estero means estuary. The restaurant features seafood and ingredients from rivers. It's located on the first floor of La Casa; you have a view of the white wall and vegetation.
