A cafe with a beautiful, open space that's attached to the library; with the right table and weather, you can get a gorgeous view overlooking the valley. Ordered the menu of the day, which includes a main (today was fish curry with rice), a hefty bowl of soup (pureed black bean), and a drink of choice. That costed 8€ and the flat white 1€. Service was polite and warm.
