Incredible experience, it's such an inviting place, it really does feel like you're in a family room at home. Friendly people and good coffee with standard pricing + board games and books. What's not to love. Only thing I would change is the lighting, some reviews have mentioned that the lighting is a bit bright and sharp. I think some softer lighting would take the ambiance from a 8 to a 10. it's honestly the only thing I would change. Or shut off most of the overhead lighting and get a bunch of lamps throughout the place. Again the experience was fantastic so it's a small recommendation rather than a complaint. My friend and I met here with our toddlers and loved it! The family room area is spacious and offers a variety of seating. We went on the morning of MLK day and it was pretty full. Somehow it didn’t feel loud or overwhelming at all and we were still able to carry a conversation in the kids corner. I love that the Family Room caters to families in all different stages of life. Even down to the bathroom which has a changing table and a little potty for kiddos! As a young mom who plans to live in this area and have a few more kids, my friends and I will be frequent visitors here for sure! I do agree with what others have said about the prices. They’re pretty high and as someone who avoids paying so much for a single coffee, I’m on a mission to find the cheapest drink on the menu that I enjoy. Went here once so far and I'll definitely be back. My drink was delicious and the staff were quite helpful and kind in learning the flow of the ordering and pickup system. The atmosphere leaves a little to be desired but has room for improvement. 2 friendly recommendations: get real washable ceramic and glass cups! The dining room is spacious and it feels like a crime to have a to-go cup in there. The dining room also feels a little clinical... like waiting in a dentist office or hospital wait room. I don't have a specific recommendation on how to fix this but maybe some darker colors or softer lighting would play well here. Ultimately super looking forward to my next trip here!
