So good! It was my husband and my first time here and we’re not disappointed. We got a little spread so we could try everything. Our favorite was the buffalo wings, the mozzarella sticks and the Mac n cheese bites. Customer service was great. The 2 guys were really friends and brought our food out to us as it was cooked so everything was hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations. The food was great but the staff were so patient, kind, helpful and made our experience so nice. Lance was exceptional and made sure our order was just right. Our meal made by Jacob was excellent. I would definitely eat here again. And kudos to the staff-it’s nice to know good customer service still exists! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Three of us went in and both of my friends got their orders after about 25 minutes. I patiently waited for mine (even though we were the only ones in there) but after 45 minutes went by I finally just asked for a refund. I ordered 3 tenders and funnel cakes bites and I could understand if they were busy however, that wasn’t the case. 10/10 will not return to this location.

Not your standard sub shop. Subs with chicken strips, cheese sticks, french fries and honey mustard. You understand the name, fat shack. The hot wings were good , definitely a buy on half price Tuesday if I remember correctly. Also you can't forget the fried desserts, Oreos, cheesecake bits, and brownie bites. My husband picked it for cheat night and honestly it didn't disappoint. My husband ordered the fat shack and said it was the best BBQ sandwich EVER it was 2 meals in one with appetizers included on it.. I had their wings and loved it. My son ate the burger and devoured it.. then we topped it off with fried Oreos and shakes.. definitely a great place for a cheat meal. Wouldn't recommend taking anyone that's on a health kick or into light eating because this place definitely lives up to the name. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I had my order on Door dash made wrong for the second time in a row. Once before temporary closing and once afterwards. I ordered a full size sandwich and I got a half size both times around. I really liked these sandwiches, but now I'm spending over $20 to get a small sandwich that doesn't do much for me. My add-ons were also missing both times. Fat shack made the wrong sandwich for my grub hub order. They don't answer the phone to even try to get this fixed. Takes grub hub 5 days to refund me so I can't just simply reorder. Had my dinner ruined with a dry zero sauce sandwich with stuff i did not order on it. I won't be making my once a month orders anymore. While traveling, we ordered from Fat Shack in Loveland, CO. I ordered the "FAT WONDERGEM™ Chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, french fries & golden honey bbq". I also paid for fried pickles to be added to the sandwich. After the lengthy wait for it to be delivered, I was less than impressed. There were ZERO mozzerella sticks on it, 1 tiny onion ring (maybe 1/2 and onion ring) about 3 fries and 1 very thin fried pickle slice. This is certainly a one and done for this restaurant. Food: 1
