Lives up to the hype. There is a queue but it moves quick. We waited about 5/10 min to order and a other 15 min for the food. As you wait, the staff hands out the menu. There are plenty of options and I was glad to hear their suggestions when I asked. We went two days in a row. First day, we ordered a Deluxe and a Tropical Swine. The tropical swine was it. Delicious. That grilled pineapple takes the burger to a whole nother level. If you like sweet/salty, def five it a try. The next day we came back for dinner. This time we ordered another Tropical Swine and the pork belly burger. The pork was CRIS-PAY... it was a great choice. Also the fries were perfectly crisp and delicious. I have to be honest. Food in New Zealand is average at best. But Fergburger was satisfying. We went at 10 a.m. and were able to order before the long line started to form. Worth the wait! I’ve been told that I must try this world famous burger joint when in Queenstown and yes it’s delicious and reasonably priced. We went there for the dinner and wait about 30mins on the line but it was satisfying to be in the atmosphere. Burger was exceeded my expectations. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is very good reason why there always is a line up for the burgers at Fergburger. It is because they are fantastic one of a kind making them world renowned. If you are in Queenstown, you have to try it out yourself. They have a unique assortment of ingredients and it truly is a meal within itself. Triple thumbs up and my highest recommendation! The burger was worth the long wait. Tasty and huge. Fresh high-quality meat and other ingredients. They take your order very quickly so the long line moves fast enough. But you have to wait a good 30 to 45 minutes for the burger to be prepared and delivered. You can also watch it being prepared. Few seating available inside but hard to get, but there are plenty of options available outside in the public gardens if you can avoid the seagulls. Few of the locals advised it is a must have to try when in Queenstown. The queue just to order was a 20 minute wait and another half an hour wait for the food to be served/take away. This place is known to be busy so I was expecting someone walking and taking orders in advance from the customers who were in the queue. The burgers were large and tasty with crispy fries and onion rings. I recommend you should try to get a NZ experience. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered 2 burgers by phone: The Fergburger with cheddar cheese & mr Big Stuff. The service is real good and nice employees 👌🏻 I don’t get the hype why you need to taste the burgers when you are in Queenstown. The burger was good but not that special to me, to go again. Pretty good fish burger (codfather) and decent lamb burger. Order took ages and was told it would be 10 minute wait. Nope, another 30 minutes. There is not a large enough seating area and for the Price they charge, should add a seating area. Messy burgers that get soggy quickly. Definitely the best burger I have in New Zealand. They have plenty of options, pork, chicken, beef, venison and vegetarian. I ordered bombay chicken, it was so flavourful, a little spicy with coriander yogurt, it was just a perfect match! Can't wait to try their other burger next time!!! Really enjoyed our burgers! Definitely bring a large party so you can try many burgers.
