Always an amazing experience at Fernando's for Sonoran style Mexican. Hot, fast, service with a smile from Izzy! This is a beef enchhilada with beans and rice and a beef taco in a fried flour tortilla. The enchilada is smothered in a beautiful red sauce and just enough real cheddar cheese. The taco has cheddar and all the fresh lettuce you can stand! Beware! The ground beef is actually fried and brown, not boiled and grey. This could be your new favorite spot! A 3 star review is me being nice. I used to love Fernando’s but they’ve gone down hill. The service was busy with items being wrong or forgotten. But this review is about the food. My chicken taco was like eating cardboard. As for the Tamale it was full of tender pork, a little bland but better then the chicken. The rice was fluffy and my favorite on the menu.
