We always love fiesta, tonight we carried out and I ordered chicken with my combo and it came with beef. It was very good, just not what we ordered. My wife’s chilaquiles were amazing. The chips served to us were honestly the worst tortilla chips I've eaten in my life, they tasted like murky water. The beef quesadilla tasted good enough, very wet though. Cant even begin to explain how bad this food was. Tried a couple of different items so as not to be biased of one item. All were HORRIBLY made. Enchalada tasted DAYS old. The tortilla alone was rubbery like it was frozen and popped in the microwave and it was STILL cold. The tacos were put on premade taco shells with hardly any meat and they were cold as well. This also had to be the worst quality beef I have ever had. The rice and beans were the only things that tasted half decent and still, they were lukewarm as well. When we called to complain they said it was because they put a cold side of sour cream and guac in the bag that made EVERYTHING else cold to the center. Unbelievable. All of this food by the way was OVER 60 dollars and they were oh so generous to give us half of our money back. Thanks so much now we have old wasted over 30 dollars on this frozen nasty meal and have to still go out and get more food. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

I had the Burrito Grande (to go) off the regular menu, it even came with a small bag of chips and salsa. Unexpected but appreciated! Really enjoyed the 🌯. I'll be back next time I stop at the nearby Target. The menu looks like there are several item I would be intrigued to try next visit. Visiting Bloomington for a wedding and needed a good Mexican meal. This place certainly fit the bill. Extensive menu with popular Mexican fare plus many other dishes. My spicy enchiladas did not disappear. Generously sized and quite spicy. The fried ice cream is a delight to the eyes and the palate, and definitely needs to be shared!!

I've always enjoyed going to this location and have never had a problem with anyone when getting our pick up order. But tonight I got my food, checked the order in the car and noticed my husband's tortillas were missing. I went back inside and told them the situation. When she came back with the tortillas she said to me that she packed my order and the tortillas were in there. I did not appreciate her attitude and even when getting home we checked the boxes again. Still no original tortillas in there. I get we forget things sometimes but don't come at me telling me you know they are in there. Sorry you made a mistake.
