Indeed the food is good, but not consistent with quality and proportion. Today was a drive through purchase, a chorizo burrito with eggs and potatoes which was delicious. Do not order this for the road, it gets messy quick! The customer service was lousy, as the girl who was working preferred talking on her phone rather greeting and getting the order out in a timely manner. Order placed at 0638 did not receive until 0650. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It was very expensive on the main menu. However, they do have a value menu that is an exceptional value for one item each day during the weekdays only. There is also a Jr. Menu that has a lower price for a smaller size serving. I would try here again. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Don’t pay attention to the low rating. Food is fantastic. Everyone was friendly. I came in here without looking at the reviews and sat down and waited for a to go order. The food taste really good. The green sauce is pretty spicy. I love it I’ll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came through for 2 bean burritos, went to eat them and couldn’t believe how awful the beans tasted. It honestly tasted like they cooked the beans in vodka, or some type of alcohol. We eat Shedded Beef, Bean and Cheese Burritos everywhere we go!! But this Burrito was the smallest burrito we've ever had. Not only was it the smallest, but there was hardly anything in inside it. And the guy at counter Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

November 20th, 2022. 11:19am. Name tags don't exist here so I do not know the names of anyone. The lady with a rose tattoo behind her right ear was our cashier. She asked what kind of meat on our tostada and we replied beef. Our food came out with no beef on the tostada. I tell the cashier and she points to the manager and says, "There's the manager." I walk over to the manager and wait for her to finish helping a customer. I inform her of the situation. She said the tostada doesn't get beef, only beans. I tell her the cashier asked what meat we wanted. The manager says I probably misunderstood her. I told her I did not. I walked away in disbelief. A scoop of beef isn't worth making a customer lose their appetite. A scoop of beef isn't worth a 1 star review. A scoop of beef isn't worth losing a customer. Prices Seem High, Even for Flagstaff Flagstaff's minimum wage went up again (1.1.2021), these high prices directly reflect that. I had sticker shock when I went in for the first time, ended up getting the special for about $1.50. The special (tostada) was good but nothing special. If I go again, it will have to be after a payday. I would probably go a few miles and go to Tacos Los Altos or Salsa Brava instead though. I asked if they had paper menus, they didn't but I asked if I could take photos and they said yes. Look at the prices and you be the judge.
