I ordederd chickenburger and I paid almost 180nok for little piece of something what shlould be chicken. Ready defrost piece with no taste and max 30% of meat. Shame!!!! First and last time.

Nice food I have ordered a burger An hour ago. Delivered in 35 minutes. Nice taste. Nice looks and very nice quantity plus I have got complementary chips from the owner. That is my first time that I have ordered food from here. Now Im you regular customer.
I have been ordering food from Finstad pizza for the last six years, the reason why I am leaving a 1 star review is for the reasons that I am listing here.
Previously, Finstad Pizza was favourite place because of the quality of the pizza. The dough was thin but felt very filling, the toppings were good quality and the crust was baked very well.
Recently I have noticed that the quality has gone down significantly. The reasons are as follows;
The dough is uneven, often way too thin within consistency.
Air bubbles forming in the dough, which takes away from the actual food quantity and quality.
The crust was unevenly baked, and more than half of it was burnt to a dark crisp.
The size of the pizza itself was way too uneven, making the amount questionable.
The toppings are generally alright, but now the toppings are simply too greasy, making the experience even worse.
Cheaper ingredients and a lack of care make the pizza in general a bad experience.
All in all, Finstad Pizza has lost its quality in a matter of weeks. I do not recommend them at this point in time if they can revert back to the quality that I have come to know them for, I would consider giving them a better rating.
For now though, order from someone else.
Ordered food, they said on the phone they will deliever as fast the food is finished. I wait for 50 minutes I suddenly falls asleep on the couch and wakes up 30 minutes later that I have received 9 calls or something a message and a request for 208kr on Vipps. I reply on the message from the dude that I fell asleep and I am sorry. He calls me and says I need to pay 208kr. I say yes so when will my food come and they say if I also want the food I need to vipps 69kr extra with the 208kr. Everything costed approximately 199kr I ended up paying 208kr for nothing. Worst place ever thinking about calling lawyer firm or something.
Have not tried many different foods but the rulle kebab kylling is the stuff. The eating-in option though is not the best one in my opinion (huge open area towards grocery store and tiny space). However people working there have perfected their recipes and obviously putting their effort to deliver quality goods successfully.
