Food is usually very good. Prices are so high, so this is mostly a once in a while outing. The workers are pretty decent, not always. In a town with so many sub shops, you almost have to go out of your way to be excellent. But I won't ever pass up Firehouse Subs if it is offered or an option. first of all, shoutout to the person that rang me up, Amauri. she was super polite, respectful and very approachable. as for the other employees i cannot say the same thing. i was not greeted at all, all i got were very uncomfortable glares. even while i ordered my food, i could feel the eyes burning into my skull. the other two employees were very short and rude as well. i cannot say for sure if i’ll ever eat again at this establishment Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This is the hook and lader sandwich I got which I asked for lettuce on it. Unfortunately I guess they don't know how to make a sandwich. New people all the time and it just gets worse. The manager is a teenager. Where is the owner ? Shame on them since the money goes to fire fighters. But they can't make a decent sandwich. It's doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a sandwich. Giving a 1 because there isn't a lower option. This location is telling everyone that enters there is a 20 minute wait because all employees are busy making phone in order "from gov't". That is ridiculous way to run a business at lunch! It's been 10 minutes already and they are still saying 20 minutes turning away customers. BTW after pointing out it had been 20 min and wanting refund, they said doing yours now. Still waited another 10 minutes... Yes I know and you are right! My wife and I showed up we have not always had the best of service but this time A beautiful young lady came to the register with just a fantastic smile and so professionally took or order and I also talked to Chris what a cool guy so polite and obviously a good worker. I wasn’t sure of there names so I asked another employee Amari another beautiful young lady that was so polite and helped me out such a great staff. This is what every company needs people like this. Sub was good but I bought cookies and never got them. they never said nothing they left a note on my receipt. there was six people working only one customer and no one could of told me. found out when i got to work when it was lunch time at midnight. After a long day, I stopped at Firehouse subs to get dinner. Ordering with quick and easy. My wait time was much less than at others Firehouse Subs restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I'm really sad, as of late I haven't been getting any response from their phone number any time that I call. Other than that, this place always is the best when I get to order. But when the app isn't working, and their phone number isn't working either, I'm left with waiting inside for a bit. They have great subs and are always friendly. Even when I need to make adjustments to the sub and such as I am a picky eater! It's wonderful and I hope they know how good their team is.
