This was what our potato soup looked like this evening. Flavorless mashed potatoes. For almost $5 per bowl this is not okay! First and last time I will ever get soup from Firehouse! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1

The subs are amazing!! The staff was great. So yummy and delicious it was our very first time. We can't wait to come back again it was so good. I love loved it highly recommend this. You cannot go wrong.

I was at the store waited 30 minutes for my order, in that time a person brought out food - peoples picked at it he came back and took the order back behind the counter - this leaves the impression it was eaten off of and taken back to a clean area- if it was wrong there are trash bins in the dining area. I saw 2 orders besides the one mentioned above returned because it was wrong. Missing items etc I had to ask when my order was going to be ready - I was told 5 more tickets in front of me. Door dash got one order and stood waiting a second. I asked the manager when the general manager was going to be in and he told me he wasn’t allowed to tell me that. We came to dine in and when we got in we were greeted very quickly. Then we ordered our food we had a few mistakes but thanks to Ashley and Jack they made our first experience very pleasant. Ashley helped correct our food that was mixed up and Jack was so nice by asking us how we were and checking in on us. Thank you firehouse subs!!!

Just walked in a couple minutes , had an online order. Was greeted so nicely by everyone Im usually more shy and on the quieter side but they made it so easy and comfortable had a conversation with who I think was the manager and he was super sweet as well the interaction overall made my day ! Excellent choice! Their subs do come in 3 sizes. The small is pretty small BUT that being said, if you want a lighter lunch, it is perfect for that. Unique flavor that is different from the other sub shops in Lincoln. Salad is also different, comes with small cubes of everything on it.
