First Watch in Willis, Texas, was a real treat. Misty made some really good recommendations. The Honey Crunch Caramel iced coffee was a delightful start to our breakfast. The limited-time Blackberry Lemon Cream French Toast was nothing short of extraordinary – a symphony of flavors that redefined my expectations for breakfast. It was an explosion of delicious flavors that complimented each other perfectly. Without a doubt, it was the best French toast I've ever had. The ambiance was so inviting and beautiful. First Watch has mastered the art of making exceptional breakfast moments, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly indulgent morning treat. Thank you Misty for making our breakfast an enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed brunch at First Watch on Sunday. We were surprised that there was no real wait to be seated given the time we arrived. It was still busy and had a friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was able to answer our questions (I couldn't decide what to order because there were so many delicious sounding options) and I was recommended to try the Elevated Egg Sandwich. Boy was I impressed!! I would definitely order that again. It also came with a side of potatoes. We also got the turkey sausage and biscuit which is always a safe choice of yummy country breakfast. For drinks I always love a fresh squeezed orange juice and my husband ordered the seasonal Mint Mocha Iced Coffee. That had a great, subtle mix of peppermint. Before leaving we couldn't help but order their seasonal Gingerbread Spice Donuts to-go. Y'all it was sooo good! I'm not a huge gingerbread fan and those donuts were gone! An enjoyable experience overall, we will be returning.
Side note:
They have a nice outdoor dining space as well as a cute coffee bar area too. We chose regular dining this time.
The manager seemed like a wonderful leader. Upon arrival she helped a worker handle a concern about a family wanting a reservation (no reservations at this location!) and when there was an accidental syrup mess on the floor from a server, she jumped in to show the workers how to clean it and also finished it up on her own. Your leadership did not go unseen. 😊

The food was good. The "million dollar bacon" was absolutely the star of the meal! The service could have been better, more attentive. Overall good experience, we will go back!

I wish we hadn't waited so long to try this place! I brought my daughter for her 15th birthday, and the food was incredible! I highly recommend the Purple Haze and the Floridian French Toast. The Chickichanga was off the charts, but the potatoes were a little cold. I didn't even care because of how good the food was. We drank a whole pot of coffee too! Such amazing customer service, this place did not disappoint! We will be back for more for sure! Don't hesitate to try this restaurant folks!

The entire staff gave the impression they didn't want to be anywhere else, focusing their attention on us! It was like being at home with a coffee pot on the table. The donut holes were the freshest & tasted GREAT as a breakfast appetizer! The biscuits were FLUFFY & sausage gravy was light & flavorful... NO HOCKEY PUCKS & WALLPAPER PASTE @ First Watch!! Both of us had Scrambled Eggs that were outstanding! As for me, I tried a Chicken Sausage Patty for the 1st time. Thinner than its Pork counterpart, but full of flavor & tasted like Chicken!! To complete my breakfast, it was a chocolate chip pancake bigger than a Frisbee & just slightly thinner than Texas Toast... YES it was B.I.G.!! The WHOLE EXPERIENCE was WONDERFUL!!

Cool place, fresh foods. The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed. I had the Tri-fecta and it was delicious. I tried the chicken sausage patty which was new to me and i loved it. My wife had the avocado toast and 2 eggs. The waitress said the eggs with the avocado toast were boiled or thrown or something but they just looked liked overeasy eggs to me. It was really crowded (Labor Day by the lake) and the tables are pretty close together so get ready to listen to the conversation next to you. You get your check and pay at the front which is annoying because sometimes you have to wait in line to pay, and it's at the entrance so it's mass confusion and excuse me(s) as everyone tries to negotiate their way around one another. There is a small area to eat outside. The biggest take away for us is that it didn't taste like generic food from a major restaurant supplier. All tasted fresh and made on the spot. We'll be back.

We went there when they first opened and went back to see if it g6 better. Our waitress was good but she had to keep apologizing for long wait because only 2 people in the kitchen. Food tasted good but it could have been hotter. We had eggs Benedict. Hot plates might help.

Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday with some of my siblings and it was wonderful! We were seated quickly, the food was delicious, and our server Rhys was very kind, helpful, and charismatic. I was unsure of what to order and they gave great recommendations and were very patient while I asked my questions about any accommodations or changes. I would absolutely recommend and come again!

Greeted at the front door by wait staff and immediately seated with coffee poured within seconds of being seated. The waitstaff (Jeremy) were extremely attentive to the guests needs, friendly, courteous, and professional from the word GO!
I ordered the roast beef and Havarti sandwich with a side cup of Tomato basil soup which both were perfectly seasoned and were at the correct temperatures when served. I can find no fault with this restaurant and their practices
Come on out and prepare to be treated properly and be served delicious clean food that will surprise you. The prices on their menu are fair and not overpriced. First Watch also offers lunch specials with half-sandwich, half salad, and a Biden of soup for less than $11.00. I suggest anyone to try it out, you will not be disappointed.
Even though this is a new establishment in our community, it is well worth a stop by, I’m sure many of yoU will be surprised.
Thanks,
