Didn't in least of my dreams expect to have delicious Jain food in the middle of Arusha, Tanzania. We tried the bhel, uttapam, chhole bhature and dal vada. All of them were amazing. They literally use the stuff found in India to make food. No wonder it is going to taste the same. They do have Jain, no onion no garlic and vegan options. If you want the best vegetarian Indian food in Tanzania, you look for no other place. The rates are pretty reasonable and worth every penny. It was wonderful food even for South Korean! Especially, PAV BHAJI, GRILLED SANDWICH, UTTAPAM! Those foods are quite similar to korean food but special Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Uttapam

The best restaurant in Arusha if you ask me, everything they serve is vegan or vegetarian. Loved every dish we ordered when we came here 3 times. Unfortunately they are closed on Wednesday. We had to find out the hard way. Didn’t check it online, so it was our own fault. So we took a taxi from the other side of Arusha the next day to enjoy the food one last time. Might be a bit hard to find, but picture 1 shows the building where it’s located and picture 2 shows the hall you need to walk through. And at the end on the right side there is this hidden gem! It is a bit difficult to find since you have to enter the building first before you find the restaurant. But the food is simply amazing. I found this place during my stay in Arusha, it seemed very authentic and family owned. It served various vegetarian Indian dishes like Curries, Chutneys and food from the south. I ordered a lot of food and wasn't even sure what to expect at some point, since I am not the expert on vegetarian Indian dishes, but I can say that the food was very tasty and exploding with flavorful spices They didn't have an option to pay with card unfortunately and I didn't have local cash on me, except for euros. The restaurant owner offered to serve us for free and it felt very genuine so the hospitality was another plus I felt some stomach disturbances after my meal, I'm not sure because of the quality of the food or in general the strong mix of various Indian spices I recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Indian vegetarian options during your stay in Arusha Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Simple clean and well run restaurant with a very good variety of vegetarian and vegan food. We just asked for recommendations and were happy with them.
