The freshly made to order hamburgers are very good. It is so nice to customize a good amount of toppings and have as many (or not) for no additional costs. The customer service was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean.

This is the cleanest Five Guys I've ever been in... everyone was friendly... and not that cold an fake friendly the Drive thru people try to pull off. They were also lightening fast! Damn shame I live in UT... cause this is by far my favorite! When I return here for business or work, I'll eat here! We ordered ahead so that our food would be ready for our small children. It was still 15 minutes after our arrival that our food was ready. They hadn't even started it when we arrived. It took 30 mins for us to get the 3 milkshakes. Food was good as always, but it was a disappointing experience. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and everyone working was so pleasant and friendly and awesome. Inside was clean and organized. I loved the seating outside so I could enjoy the fresh air. Food was fantastic but kind of pricey... but I'm cheap. Overall a great experience.

My food is usually fresh and delicious! However, the last time I took it to go, the fries were not cooked all of the way and the meat had a very weird taste to it. It might be awhile until I come back to Five Guys.

Excellent options - simply satisfying fast food We try to go gluten free when possible and their lettuce wrap allows for that. I never had the bowl option but we like the hand held concept :) The fries are really good too, one of my fave options for sure. I like to add bacon, peppers, mushroom to my burger Double at least Hot sauce sometimes 🙌

Fries are great. Young people behind the counter, and working the fryer actually take pride in their work! Special request for "More crispy, more cajun'y" exceeded expectations as the best fries I've ever had at Five Guys or any competitor.
