I don’t dine here too much but when I do it’s always on point. I honestly can’t complain, the burgers are tasty and the service is awesome. They also work very fast which is great when your hungry. What can I say, except "shrug emoji ...it's Five Guys." It's 2024 and we all know the deal: FGs serves up OK burgers with lots of tasty, fun topping options; way too many (addictively good) french fries; lots of milkshakes options/mix-ins for the *highly* lactose tolerant among us. Order one of these menu items and there's a solid chance you'll be satisfied with the food you receive; stray from the prescribed path into, say, the scary world of BLTs at your own risk. (There's a reason the franchise never DBA'ed as "Five Guys Hotdogs.") Order big and be bold, of course, but just remember: you were warned. Place is dirty, the kid who took the order was rude and pushy and obviously dislikes work. The food is good per usual. As a business owner myself I recommend the owner need to train his people or do a better job hiring. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The unsweet tea was sweetened. When I asked about it at the counter the guy said he didn't know about it and he couldn't help me. If I'm paying over $20 for a burger and fries I should get the drink I paid for. I don't drink sugar. So I poured it out. Also, the ketchup dispenser was empty. My money waisted. Delicious! Burger cooked perfectly..bacon, lettuce, tomato: all super fresh! I called to let them know how great it was. I haven’t thought to go there in a while, but after a long day decided to stop in. Glad I did! Great job to all the staff! They definitely take pride in their jobs! Will be back more often for sure! Burgers are good. The fries they give you way too much but that's just a personal opinion. The service was good from the person taking the order. However, the soda machine didn't work well, with most items being unavailable, only the coke and coke zero worked on both machines, and when I asked for assistance I never did receive it. The floor was just downright greasy and slippery, pretty dangerous actually and a bit surprising. And while I don't have a negative opinion overall of Five Guys, I probably wouldn't return to this location. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
