The food tasted good. For some odd reason, one of the burgers we ordered was not rung up. When we went up and ordered 1 burger and told the cashier, she said it was their fault and gave the burger to us. Makes me want to go back again. They also have the best chocolate shakes. Yesterday marked the first time I visited Five Guys. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the experience. When we came in, only one cash register was available and serving the only other group of customers in line. By the time we approached registers (literally 30 seconds) the second one was ready to assist us. The worker, Austin, did awe-inspiring job taking our order. Oftentimes he understood what we wanted before we were able to word it out. He made perfect recommendations fit for our taste. He did it in fast, efficient, but very positive and welcoming manner. Our order was ready in under five minutes. The milkshake was not the best I’ve tried, but it was well worth its cost. The taste of burgers and fries was truly fantastic. The whole joint was clean, every worker was friendly. The coke machine was truly a marvel to explore. Overall, it was a joyous experience for my entire family. We will certainly be back.
