Our first experience at Flapjack's and I must say I was quite pleased with the outcome. This happened to take place on a Sunday morning just before 8AM. My wife, youngest son, and I were greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful welcome. The host courteously seated us and our server promptly acknowledged our presence and took our drink orders. The breakfast menu large so we had some tough decisions to make as to what we were eating. Our server never rushed us but made sure to keep an eye out for when we were ready. Once we place the order the food was prepared to request. This does require a few more minutes but I appreciate the care that is put into the food. The outcome was stupendous, everything was fresh and tasted amazing. We ended up needed a to go box for leftovers. My recommendations are to give Flapjack's a try. It may become a regular.
