I ordered English breakfast. But it definitely was not an English breakfast that was served to me. It was definitely not baked beans as stated on the menu. It was cold. Mozzarella sticks were cold. French fries were cold. Onion rings were ok. Service was good.

Very tasty food. Great service. Sadly, there was no english menu available, but I guess not many visitors need it in Sumy. Still. It would have saved my wife some translation work. We had a plate of cold, mixed meat and fries for the start. The fries came crispy and hot and the meat was great. As main dish, we chose a hot pan of thin meat slices that were still in the cooking process as it arrived, together with broccoli in molten mozzarella cheese. One word: TASTY! I guess the prices are OK. At least if you are used to German prices. How locals think about the prices may be something else entirely! I am sure we will come back still this month.

Добрий день. 20.11.2023 була доставка з цього кафе. Замовляємо не вперше. Салат Цезар з куркою та бульйон з локшиною. По перше, не завжди кладеться сіль, при тому що страви абсолютно не солоні. Перший раз сіль поклали окремо в пакетику , інші рази такого не було. По-друге, вказано, що обидві позиції з перепелиними яйцями , всі рази було так , сьогодні - звичайне яйце і в супі, і в салаті. Я розумію, що могло закінчитися і тд, але потрібно про таке попереджувати, бо курячі яйця є алергеном! Якщо у вас немає якогось продукту, то просто виключте його на день з меню. По-третє, сьогодні в салаті знайшла шкаралупу від яйця. Також максимально неприємно знаходити таке в їжі, вважаю це взагалі неприйнятним. Треба ретельніше готувати, бо враження після останнього замовлення лишилися геть погані. Тепер про реакцію закладу на ці зауваження😅 Їм настільки пофіг на своїх клієнтів , що за 2 дні не було ніякої реакції на це, навіть ніхто не прочитав це повідомлення в інсті, при тому що зверху було зауваження від інстаграму, що дана компанія в середньому відповідає на протязі хвилини. Це що таке?) Ігнор? Вперше стикаюся з таким відношення до клієнтів, та і чую про таке😅 Нікому не рекомендую даний заклад.
