Must eat here while you are in town! The chef individually prepares each meal the pad Thai was fantastic. Get there a little bit before closing time as orders may stop as the fresh ingredients run out.

Extremely talented chef! Food cooked fresh to order so there is a short wait time but man it was so with it!!! Best green curry of my life hands down and couldn’t believe how cheap it was for such great food! The tofu pad Thai was awesome too. 150 baht for both (approx. £3.30). Wow, the food here is spectacular! Each dish is made fresh per order so you might wait a short while for your food. Mod is straight to business in cooking the best food so excuse him if there’s no friendly chit chat! The fried noodles run out early so you must get down even earlier! I will get back tomorrow before opening to try the noodz. 10/10 recommend. (Food looked so good i didn’t remember to take pics!!!!) Oh my gosh the vegetarian Pad Thai and green curry made by the chef here is superb! The best 70THB I've spent! Place your order with the chef, wait for your number to be called, pay on collection. Some seating is available beside the van, drinks can be found in the corner shop. More seating is available opposite if you buy a drink from the bar. We visited multiple times with friends who all loved the food here! It stays open late, but not as late as other stalls on the night market, so get in early! He is on the Walking street Wed, Thurs etc. The food tastes good and is freshly prepared. It is a joy to watch this guy cook, better than food network. He takes your order and gives you a number and he knows where you are in your meal. He even has overflow seating. He did wok hei on the noodles for amazing flavour. If you get the chance, sit on the food truck bar and watch the chefs work. They have a seamless system that is like having dinner and a show.
