Run by extremely non-professionals with zero sense of customer service. Ordered them on a Saturday night. They confirmed order around 10:40 PM and told that order will be delivered in 20-25 minutes. After wait of 40mins, I called again and they keep on disconnecting my call. After 2 hours, they picked my call. After asking about my order, some guy said 'Abhi to main Hyderabad aya va hun, abhi order nahi le sakta bye' This is how they run business on a Saturday night, pathetic.
