If you want to remember The Old Post Office and Custom House, come to this bar first. Spanish cuisine is served at Form Skybar. There is a lovely view from this place. Stopped in on a random Saturday night, we were staying at the hotel. Despite the previous reviews, music was at a reasonable volume. We were able to hold conversation with each other and the bartender. It was quite empty at 8:30pm. Nice selection of cocktails and bourbon. Fast service and nice views. This place has amazing potential. However they need organization and clarity of operations. Theres no menu which is fine but although cocktail bars all have similar items having a menu featuring specialized cocktails would make this place more memorable. The view is wonderful. The music is too loud. Staff is minimal at best. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
