Cheese curds were swimming in Grease french fries are basically shoe strings with no flavor burgers and Patty is almost see through it's not worth the $26 I just spent. The exterior looked clean in at night, but we used drive thru. The cashier was polite. Our food was hot but extremely greasy. Tasted as if it was previously prepared, then flash fried to heat up. All 4 of us got sick. It's been a while since we visited. The quality of either food preparation is lacking or possibly management. It's sad to have another once fun, family restaurant in Florence going down. We visited for dinner around 630 ish. I just simply don’t think fast food is this hard. We waited for 10 minutes just to order in the drive thru. No cars ahead of us and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. We order and then the girl has us order twice, like she just genuinely wasn’t listening the first time. We wait on the food for roughly 5 minutes. The hot dog is quite literally thrown into a box like a sloppy joe. The hot dog wasn’t even in the bun. When you order cheese curds, usually marinara comes with as a common courtesy. Not here. If you want ketchup or anything that you’d think would be a given with your meal, you better ask and check the bag. I think Freddy’s has great potential but awful workers. Hire. Better. People. There’s simply no excuse for this type of laziness and service. I would be embarrassed to have these type of employees working for me, let alone paying them. High prices but still good frozen custard. I don't think the employees enjoy their work based on the lack of greeting or basic customer service. However, they seemed to be extremely short staffed, and I'm sure that contributed to the workers' lack of friendliness. This was my first visit to the Florence SC location everything was hot and tasty. The establishment was very clean and all the workers were very polite to everyone there. I would describe Freddy's as a blend of five guys decor and steak n shake style burgers. I did not get to try the custard tonight but the jalapeño steak burger was incredible. Very happy to have good tasting burgers and skinny fries that I haven't been able to have since moving from Ohio since steak n shake isn't in Florence. The new restaurant is a convenient option and I look forward to returning. The staff was friendly and our food came out fast. The highlight of the meal was the fry sauce. I prefer the spicy one most! First time there.dissapointed was no meat on the bun. It looked like someone had scraped the grill and gave me the crusty stuff. The shake was good. The shake came out fairly fast but the sandwich took forever and I was the only person there I went through drive thru but no cars in lot it is way expensive and I couldn't eat the sandwich I was so disappointed but the small shake was good but not for almost 7 dollars it wasnt that good . Never eating here again. There is no sense in paying 14 dollars for a cheese burger, expecting something decent sized, and getting a paper thin slab of meat that you can hold up to a light and see through, stuck between 2 walmart buns. Absolutely ridiculous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They accidentally didn't have my order in the computer, so I was told to pull up and I'd get a complimentary dinner for the next visit. After only waiting a short time and driving off, I realized my meal was still wrong and no complimentary dinner card. I'm not mad, cause the food was still good, but I wish I had gotten what I was promised. Also the drive thru server was very polite and apologetic. I'd still go back.
