Pulled up and one of the workers was throwing a dirty plunger on the wall by the food over and over again. The other workers all watched. Then he started swinging it over the food. We order from here frequently, but I will not be ordering from here anymore. This is absolutely disgusting. This place has gone downhill. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First red flag was we were the only ones there at 5:30 on a Friday night. Aggressively average food. Looked like it was old and drying out. Tortilla chips were served in a sealed plastic bag. Bad service. Menu on website is different than in store. When we asked the staff about the online menu, they had no idea what we were talking about. I went in here for the first time today and was helped by Andrew. He was phenomenal from helping us pick out what went with our food best, informing us of upcharges so there was no confusion, as well as checking on us to make sure everything was delicious, which it was! Food is always good and fresh here. They seem to be a little stingy with queso cheese so keep an eye on that if you like more. Grilled smoky meats and fresh veggies. Can grab a beer if you like. Quick quality food and you can even eat your meal outside in covered patio seating. Been going for years now and they are pretty consistent.

Chipotle who? 10/10. Chefs kiss 🤌🏻. Friendly personable quick and professional staff. Hot hot sauce. The portions are huge. The monster lasts me all day. My boyfriend (pictured below) for lunch haha. I went to chipotle once. Once. Nothing on freebirds. I will always choose freebirds over any burrito place. Ima foodie. Dirty and unkept. My husband and I visited the Rockwall store on Sun. When we entered there was one family in the restaurant just finishing their meal and my husband and I was in line to order. I was immediately disappointed when the area that the food is kept to build your burrito was FILTHY! Bean liquid and meats were all over the area. Now I could see if it was a rush of people so there wasn't time to clean....BUT, there was at least five employees standing behind the counter talking!!! I chose not to order because of the sanitation concerns, my husband ordered anyway because he was trying to see the football game. You all really must do better!
