I like shopping at Fresh Thyme Market. The staff there are helpful. The store is clean. The butcher counter is quality. I usually get the thick cut bacon. Fresh Thyme doesn't have as big of a selection as some groceries stores but they have high quality products.

Mostly great (especially the staff, cleanliness, most of the produce, etc.), but some of the produce practices are not great. After the first time (not refrigerating romaine lettuce - a year or 2 ago) I thought maybe it was a mistake, but then again recently heirloom tomatoes had clearly been very chilled before being set out—the texture difference is clear compared to unrefrigerated. I hope these were one-offs but I'm suspicious.

The meat department here offers some great high quality cut selections and thier pre prepped and seasoned gourmet burger patties such as thier cheddar and bacon all ground and shaped rite into the patty. If you like ice cream then the variety of selections to pick from should more then satisfy any sweet tooth but if not then you can also pick from their candy by the lb. Might just do it for you jelly belly beans are always my favorite to get a bag of

Having moved here from Arizona, I gotta say that Fresh Thyme is the twin brother of Sprouts! I loved Sprouts and I’m loving Fresh Thyme so far. I buy fresh produce and meats here every week, and I haven’t been disappointed.

My family will often go to Fresh Thyme before going to any other grocery store. Fresh Thyme has an awesome selection of vegan, dairy free, organic, and many more dietary restrictive selections that you won't find elsewhere. Their produce is always fresh and we'll organized. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Worst sushi I've had in my LIFE. Look, I'm not above grocery store sushi - in fact I've found above average examples all across the US. However, THIS sushi at Fresh Thyme in Bloomington is hands down the most pathetic excuse for "sushi" that I've ever seen. Very obviously old ingredients. It tasted like a pile of dry rice that a crab died on. Awful.

The quality of service leaves a lot to be desired. It’s 6 pm on a weekday and there is no one in the counter. The checkout lines are slow. The management has a lackluster attitude taking its customers for granted. A business this poorly run Is doomed to fail in the long run.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in town. It has a wide selection of healthier options, while also having most conventional products. I really enjoy working in their cafe as well.
